Pet Valu Walk for Dog Guides 2024
The Pet Valu Walk for Dog Guides is a national fundraising walk held in local communities in each province across Canada. It raises funds to help Lions Foundation of Canada continue to fulfill its mission of empowering Canadians with disabilities to navigate their world with confidence and independence by providing Dog Guides at no cost to them and supporting each pair in their journey together.
Each walk is organized by local volunteers with support from Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides. To date, the walk has raised more than $20 million
From guiding their handlers through their daily lives to getting help when it's needed most, Dog Guides play a crucial role in the lives of Canadians with disabilities. Practically Hip Performance & Show
Enjoy the music of Canada’s Premier Tragically Hip cover band - The Practically Hip as they grace the stage at the Riverside Exhibition Centre at the Caledonia Fairgrounds. Enjoy an evening of music, dancing, delicious food, and beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic).
This event is in support of the Caledonia Agricultural Society, the Caledonia Firefighters Association and the Caledonia Lions Club.
Food and beverage may be purchased at the event using cash, debit, or credit cards.
This is a 19+ event- ID will be verified at the door upon entry. No outside food or drinks. All bags subject to search on arrival.
